Property information displayed on GoRentiva may be provided by landlords or other authorised users.
GoRentiva does not guarantee that every property listing, photograph, address, rent amount, availability, ownership claim or other property information provided by users is accurate, complete or current.
Users should independently verify important property, ownership, rental and financial information before entering into any transaction or agreement.
GoRentiva may provide tools for creating, storing or managing rental agreements and related information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoRentiva does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a rental agreement generated, uploaded or stored through the platform is legally sufficient for a particular situation.
Landlords and tenants are responsible for reviewing agreements and obtaining independent legal advice where necessary.
GoRentiva may provide features that allow users to record rent payments or, where enabled, initiate rental or subscription payments through the platform.
Where online payments are available, payments may be facilitated through one or more third-party payment gateways or financial service providers.
GoRentiva is a technology platform facilitating the payment process and is not a bank, financial institution or payment service provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment amount, beneficiary details, account information and other transaction details entered by them are correct.

Payment transactions may depend on banks, UPI networks, payment gateways, card networks and other third-party financial infrastructure.
Transactions may be delayed, declined, reversed, suspended or rejected because of technical problems, insufficient funds, security checks, banking restrictions, payment-provider policies, suspected fraud, network failures or other circumstances outside GoRentiva's reasonable control.
GoRentiva may delay, suspend or reject a transaction where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, compliance or operational concerns.

If a payment fails or cannot be completed, any refund or reversal will be handled according to the applicable payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI system and applicable laws.
Where GoRentiva or its payment provider is unable to complete a transaction because of a technical or processing issue, the applicable amount may be refunded or reversed through the payment method or process supported by the relevant payment provider.
A successful payment or settlement may not be automatically refundable merely because a user changes their mind or has a dispute with another user. Refunds are subject to the applicable transaction terms, payment-provider rules, GoRentiva's applicable refund policy and applicable law.
Users must immediately notify GoRentiva if they notice a suspicious, unauthorised or potentially fraudulent transaction associated with their GoRentiva account.
Users are responsible for keeping their passwords, OTPs, payment credentials and other security information confidential.
GoRentiva may investigate suspicious transactions and may take reasonable measures including temporarily restricting an account or transaction where necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
GoRentiva cannot guarantee recovery of funds where a transaction has already been successfully processed by a bank or payment provider, particularly where the transaction resulted from incorrect information, compromised credentials or user negligence, subject to applicable law.
GoRentiva may provide KYC or identity-verification features where enabled.
Submitting KYC documents does not by itself guarantee approval, tenancy, property access or any other outcome.
Users must provide genuine and accurate documents and must not upload forged, altered, stolen or misleading identity documents.
Where KYC information is shared with an authorised landlord or property owner through the platform, it may be used only for legitimate rental, identity-verification, compliance or property-management purposes.
GoRentiva may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent, forged or unauthorised documentation.
GoRentiva may allow tenants and landlords to create and manage complaints, maintenance requests and related communications.
