Where payments are supported, payment processing may be facilitated through third-party payment providers.

A payment may fail or remain pending because of bank issues, UPI or payment-network problems, insufficient funds, technical problems, security checks or other reasons.

If a payment fails and the amount is not successfully settled, it may be reversed or refunded through the applicable payment provider according to its processing rules.

If your account shows a pending payment after your bank or payment method has been charged, do not immediately make another payment.

First check the transaction status and allow time for the payment provider to confirm the transaction.

If the payment remains unresolved, contact GoRentiva support with your transaction/reference ID.

If you believe that the same payment was made more than once, contact GoRentiva support as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.

GoRentiva may review the transaction and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicable payment provider or beneficiary regarding reversal or refund.

A successfully settled rental payment is not automatically refundable simply because the tenant and landlord later disagree about the rent, property or tenancy.

Refunds or reversals may be considered where a transaction was duplicated, incorrectly processed, unauthorised, technically failed or otherwise qualifies under the applicable payment-provider rules or applicable law.

GoRentiva may provide tools to create, upload, store or manage rental agreements.
