Is GoRentiva free?

Signing up and listing properties is completely free. Paid Starter/Professional/Enterprise plans unlock unlimited units, deeper reports and premium support — great for landlords with growing portfolios.

Do I need a website or hosting?

No. GoRentiva is fully cloud-based. Every landlord gets a shareable public profile page and the tenant app is installable as a PWA — works offline on any phone.

How do I connect my existing tenants?

Share your unique LL-XXXXXX connection code from the UPI & Connection page. Existing tenants sign up, enter the code and appear in your dashboard for approval.

Does GoRentiva handle security deposits?

Yes. Deposits are recorded at unit-assignment time and held in a dedicated ledger. On vacate approval, you can adjust for damages/dues and mark the deposit refunded with a receipt.

Which payment methods are supported?

UPI (all apps — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Bank transfer with proof upload, and Cash with landlord confirmation. Auto-generated GST invoices for subscription plans (coming soon).

Is my data safe?

Yes. All uploads (KYC, agreements, receipts) are stored securely. We never share personal data with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
